Mary Kay Inc. Announces New Leadership
Richard Rogers Named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
DALLAS, TX – May 22, 2019 – Mary Kay Inc., a global beauty brand, today announced that Chairman and CEO David Holl has retired and Richard Rogers has been named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Rogers has more than 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, most recently serving as President of Coty Inc.’s Consumer Beauty division. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.
“I am honored to lead Mary Kay Inc. at this exciting time in our company’s history,” said Rogers. “Mary Kay is a global leader in the beauty industry, and I am committed to building on our success and continuing to provide our customers with the best possible products and services.”
Rogers will report to the Mary Kay Inc. Board of Directors. He will be based in the company’s headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
